Residential Care

RALM strives to provide the feeling of “just like home” for the individual that lives there. Upon first glance, one might not guess that a RALM home was different from any other home in the neighborhood. That is the intent. However, we are fully licensed as a residential facility.

Three young adults with a basketball. As stated in our mission statement, our goal is to support all residents so that they will live with as much freedom and independence as their wellness allows.

This means constantly evaluating the care needed by our residents and attempting to change our program and staffing skills to best meet the changing needs of the people we serve.

RALM is fully staffed with experienced, dedicated individuals committed to the mission of meeting the wide range of needs of persons with MR/MI/DD.

Admission Criteria

Individuals must be diagnosed with an Axis I and/or Axis II and require assisted living. Referral can come from hospital discharge planners, case managers, caregivers, social workers and immediate family.
